Set return reasons
In the settings menu, navigate to ‘Return reasons' located towards the bottom left-hand side of the menu. Now click 'Link return reason’ towards the top right.
Choose your set of return reasons from the predefined list provided.

Set return questions
Save time and enhance the user experience by asking the right questions when booking a return.
Select the return reason to which you want to add questions, then click 'Update Return Reason'.
Click the 'Return Questions' dropdown and select your preferred question.
(Optional) Click the 'Required' checkbox.
Click ‘Save.’
Add multiple questions to a Return reason.
The number of linked questions is now visible in the Return Reasons overview.
