Returns

The return portal consist of two environments that communicate together. The merchant portal is the environment where the merchant is able to manage everything around their returns and configure their return portal to their wishes and preference. All of the changes made here are reflected on the other environment; the consumer portal. The consumer portal is the section where consumers can initiate their return.
