We accept all payment methods, including debit and credit cards, direct debit and even bank transfer. There are many ways to pay depending on your billing choice and preferred payment method;
- Pre-Paid: You can simply use either your debit or credit card to pay for your labels prior to downloading them. We suggest to use this if you have limited parcels to ship or if you can also use this with our label only service.
- Post Payment: At the end of each billing period, you will receive a monthly invoice. You’ll receive a system message and be sent an invoice via email on the first of each calendar month by mail. You can then pay your invoice by making a card payment.
- Direct Debit: This is our most convenient option as there is no need to worry about administration. You will receive a monthly invoice, as normal, and the amount will be automatically debited from your bank account.
We will always send you a system message once your invoice has been prepared and invoices are also sent via email. Invoices are easy to find in the billing section of your account - and you can pay your balances here too.
You can check your invoices by comparing all listed items with the details in your shipments overview.
You can pay by using any of the major credit or debit cards - we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Electron, MasterCard, American Express.
It’s also easy to set up a monthly direct debit to pay your invoices - which you can arrange in the billing section in your account settings. We can also accept bank transfers for invoices, and payments are due 14 days from the date of issue.
If you use the Pre-Pay option for our label only service, then you can simply use your debit or credit card details to pay for your labels prior to downloading.
