Sometimes your customer may need a neighbour or designated person to accept their delivery. Many of our carriers do offer a range of ‘in-flight’ options, so your customers can manage how, when and where they'll recieve their parcels.

This option does vary per carrier, and if it is available - then your customer can use this to change or upgrade their delivery service to include allowing delivery to a neighbour. This would typically be at the customers request for liability reasons.
