Yes, there are several carriers that offer collections and you can use these service when shipping your parcels.
Carrier collections are simple and convenient - you can simply make a booking with a carrier and choose your collection window, in the portal. Some carriers can even offer a regular pick up time - which is great if you’re shipping a few times a week.
Booking a collection, can be dependent on your pick up area and the time a carrier may service that area. So it is important to be aware that cut off times can vary.
Some carriers may also have some collection conditions such as a minimum collection amount, or that a person is available to handover or sign for the collection. In all cases, it is important to check this, as well as if there are any additional costs for the service, prior to booking the collection service. Some carriers may also provide this service at an additional cost, whilst others provide it inclusively - it is best to also check this prior to completing your collection booking.
You will always be able to track the status of all your shipments using the shipment overview section of our software, and of course, you’ll be able to notify your customers once their packages are their way.
