Client Portal for Retailers

The Client portal gives you the agility and flexibility to manage all aspects of your shipping profile.

Once you have logged into the portal, you will land on the shipments overview and from here you can easily manage your shipments, manifests, notifications and more.

📘 Client Portal Guide

  1. Navigate to the shipment overview, generate manifests & export reports

  2. Use these filters to narrow down shipment searches by carrier, date, service etc.

  3. With the settings gear icon, you can navigate to and manage your account settings, address book and API credentials.

  4. Barcode scanner and search bar

  5. Create single and batch import shipments with the New shipment form and Import feature respectively.

  6. Use this toggle to set specific overview parameters, and the system will remember your setting for every-time that you log in.

  7. Manage how much information is displayed in the shipment overview and navigate between pages
